Streamathon supporting Palestinian Relief Efforts

Doctors Without Borders cares for people affected by conflict, disease outbreaks, natural and human-made disasters, and exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries.

A 27-hour Streamathon is kicking off tonight, Wednesday, May 20 at 5:30 p.m. PDT on Twitch and will conclude on Thursday, May 21 at 8:30 p.m. PDT after nine TTRPG streams.

Together, we raised $687,669.31 to help educate the community about immigration matters and advocates for public policies which respect the universal human rights of immigrants.

Project HOPE Charity Stream

Project HOPE is an international global health and humanitarian aid organization that focuses on disaster and health crises relief; infectious diseases; non-communicable diseases; maternal, neonatal, and child health; and health policy. Our March Charity Stream of Brindlewood Bay raised $450 to support their mission.

Celebrating Two Years of ChariTTRPGs

Earlier this month, we celebrated two years of ChariTTRPGs! In the last year, we’ve raised over $800,000 to support 12 different organizations like Immigrant Defenders Law Center, Doctors Without Borders, St. Jude, and Trans Lifeline. In the past year, the newsletter has been viewed over 7,000 times by over 5,000 people.

It is an incredible feeling knowing there is such a wonderful community standing beside me and supporting the work I do. My gratitude knows no limits because without everyone’s help these charitable efforts would not be a success. TTRPGs for Trans Rights

I am horrified at what is happening to Trans folks in Kansas, the role back of protections against conversion therapy in Colorado, and the hate spreading for the trans community throughout the country, so I’m sharing this bundle created by Rue Dickey in hopes that you will support. This bundle supports TransAffirm Inc who serves the trans and gender non-conforming community of Idaho by offering free transition wear, community resource connections (LGBTQ-friendly healthcare, legal assistance, mental health support), and more as well as The Community Center who is devoted to the LGBTQIA+ and allied population and committed to uniting the LGBTQIA+ community through educational and developmental programs by providing resources to the LGBTQIA+ community.

We did it!

I am so genuinely in awe of the magnitude of care, love, and support this community is capable of. Together we raised $687,669.31 to support Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota through our No ICE in Minnesota charity bundle. ILCM provides free immigration legal representation to low-income immigrants and refugees in Minnesota and North Dakota. They also work to educate the community about immigration matters and advocates for public policies which respect the universal human rights of immigrants.

Thank you to everyone who participated and showed their support for this incredible initiative! A total of 651 developers generously contributed 1,439 games, supplements, and art packs to showcase their talent and support ICLM. To those who donated their games, purchased the bundle, shared social posts, or created videos and blog posts, thank you for helping drive the success of this bundle. A special thank you to Duncan Robson for creating our bundle preview.

Support from around the world

Something I noticed on my socials was the support that came from around the world, including Iran, Australia, Italy, France and more. 46,945 individuals purchased the bundle for as little as $10 and as high as $2,000. People on TikTok offered to purchase the bundle for those who didn’t have $10 to spare. This bundle was such an incredible reminder of the kindness our community can have for each other, not only in wanting to stop the atrocities that ICE is committing, but also to ensure that no one has to miss out [on a game deal this good.]

What’s next?

I don’t have any concrete plans for my next charity bundle, auction, or raffle but when I do, I’ll make a call for submissions in the below newsletter.

ILCM provides services based on capacity and has a generally high demand for services.

In response to the Trump administration sending ICE agents to the Minneapolis area and the reckless murder of an innocent people by ICE agents, we have created the No ICE in Minnesota Charity Bundle to support ICLM. This bundle will be available for purchase for $10 or more from February 9 - March 13. So far, we have raised $590,752.58. I am genuinely so grateful to everyone helping make this fundraiser a success. This means the world to so many people.

The No ICE in Minnesota Charity Bundle has officially launched, with 1,439 games from 651 creators for a donation of $10 or more to support Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota.

This bundle offers 1,439 games and game supplements like TTRPGs, art packs, browser-based games, zines, and more worth more than $5,000. All for a donation of just $10 or more. The bundle is collecting donations until Friday, March 13 at 11:59 p.m. PT with a fundraising goal of $100,000 (and beyond!) Included games like Baba Is You, Thieves of the Tome, and Tangled Blessings can be previewed in advance of purchase on the bundle page and on the submission page among the other submissions. Games against Genocide TTRPG Charity Bundle

In Gaza, Doctors Without Borders teams are providing lifesaving care with extremely limited supplies in hospitals overwhelmed with casualties, often while coming under attack by Israeli forces. In the West Bank they operate mobile clinics to reach people cut off from health care and train community members on how to provide first aid when facilities are inaccessible during frequent Israeli military incursions.

Games against Genocide Charity Bundle raised $6,495 to support Doctors Without Borders and their Palestinian relief efforts. Donors will be able to download the bundle until Jan 31, 2026, at 12 p.m. PST.

2025 Year in Review

Friends, another year has passed, and I am constantly in awe of the support the TTRPG community brings to my charitable endeavors. I could say thank you 100 times to everyone who has supported ChariTTRPGs and it wouldn’t feel enough. Whether you have been involved directly in a charity stream on screen, spread the word through reposting information about charity endeavors, donated funds, products, or TTRPGs to a TTRPG charity stream or bundle, or just rooted for the success of ChariTTRPGs, I am genuinely so grateful for your support.

This year, we hosted a total of 30 streams, bundles, raffles and auctions that raised $155,964 to support causes like Project HOPE, Doctors Without Borders, Trans Lifeline, Medical Aid for Palestinians, and more. This success wouldn’t be possible without countless others who donated their time, talents, and efforts. I’d like to give a special thank you to Bogus Cheesecake, our Matching Gift donor for TTRPG Charity streams, Tom’s support has helped us double our impact each stream.

Looking back

I started ChariTTRPGs in March of 2024 and wasn’t sure how well received the idea would be, so far it has been overwhelmingly positive. There are over 285 subscribers to the general ChariTTRPGs newsletter and 235 subscribers to the Charity Bundle/Auction newsletter. It is truly a blessing to be surrounded by so many people who care about the charitable efforts of the TTRPG Community.

89 content creators joined 26 Tabletop Charity streams to raise funds for amazing causes. Hundreds of creators donated their TTRPGs and supplements spread over 3 charity bundles and dozens of creators donated their TTRPG items for a charity raffle and auction. It has been an amazing year of intersecting charity with tabletop and I look forward to continuing into next year and beyond.

Looking forward

In 2026 we will continue supporting St. Jude, ACLU, Project HOPE, Trans Lifeline, and Doctors Without Borders, while leaving room to support additional causes through monthly charity streams and various bundles. I am also planning to create and share more resources on how to become a better fundraiser. Stay tuned!

DOTS RPG Project is focused on Improving Accessibility In Tabletop Roleplaying Games, One Adventure at a Time! In 2024, DOTS introduced their Signature Braille RPG Dice (a 7 set of polyhedral dice), and in 2025, they introduced single sets of dice for games that don’t revolve around the d20 like Vampire the Masquerade, Yahtzee! and more. We raised $465 to support this incredible mission through our Raffle.

TTRPG and MtG Raffle for DOTS RPG Project

DOTS RPG Project is focused on Improving Accessibility In Tabletop Roleplaying Games, One Adventure at a Time! I am also hosting a Magic the Gathering and TTRPG raffle to support DOTS RPG Project that lasts until November 30. Tickets are $5 per raffle and unlimited. Games against Genocide for Doctors Without Borders

In response to the ongoing genocide in Palestine, we are creating a charity bundle to raise funds for Doctors Without Borders who are providing medical and psychological assistance to Palestinians affected by conflict, displacement, and occupation. Funds raised from this charity bundle will be restricted to Palestinian relief efforts.

This bundle will officially launch on Monday, November 10 to support Doctors Without Borders and will collect donations until December 12. All submissions are TTRPGs that have never been included in an itchio charity bundle, with inclusions like Delta Green: Agent’s Handbook, Coyote & Crow, and more. So far there are 46 TTRPGs worth over $275!

MAP Charity Streams

I am thrilled to share we raised 1,000 GBP which is roughly $1,327 to support Medical Aid for Palestinians who provides essential medical services in the West Bank, Gaza, and Lebanon. MAP focuses on delivering health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement, advocating for the rights to health and dignity of Palestinians.

Our Kids on Bikes game had so many pudding puns, teenage drama, and ghosts!

In our game of Daggerheart, we saw werewolf wrestling, home town rivalry, and the power of friendship!

Six days left to submit games to Games against Genocide

We are accepting game submissions from October 6 - November 3. All games submitted to this jam will be turned into a charity bundle via tiltify to support Doctors Without Borders for a minimum donation of $10 from November 10 - December 12. This charity bundle is for any TTRPG that cannot be found on itchio OR has never been featured in an itchio charity bundle. TTRGPs and TTRPG adjacent items can be submitted e.g. D&D supplements, battle maps, character art, etc.

I am hosting a TTRPG and Magic the Gathering Raffle to support DOTS RPG Project. I am thrilled to share we raised $1,850 with one TTRPG charity stream to support Trevor Project who is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people. They provide information & support to LGBTQ+ young people 24/7, all year round.

In our return to Adamantine Chef, we canonized Cheesus, reverse ratatouilled, and added more puns than we could count.

Our next charity bundle starts collecting games tomorrow

Games against Genocide tiltify charity bundle starts collecting games exclusively found anywhere not on itchio on October 6 until November 3 and and the bundle will last November 10 to December 12. Games against Genocide will support Doctors Without Borders, specifically their Palestinian relief efforts. Friday, September 26 we are hosting a TTRPG charity stream of D&D called Adamantine Chef. There will be reality tv show references, bad cooking puns, and delicious (or disastrous) dishes. You can catch the game live starting at 5 p.m. PDT on Twitch and YouTube where the VOD will live after the stream.

DOTS RPG Project

I’m helping DOTS RPG Project put together a few fundraising initiatives between now and the end of the year to help fund convention travel for their volunteers so they can keep promoting accessibility in the tabletop space. There’s going to be a fundraising event in October and a TTRPG and a mtg raffle in November. The October fundraising event will welcome TTRPG and video game (and all other types of) streamers and will likely have a prize to the top fundraiser.

For the November raffles, they are looking for physical TTRPG core rulebooks, dice, dice trays, minis, as well as commander decks, playing mats, deck boxes/storage, card sleeves. If you’re interested in fundraising or donating a raffle item, please send me a DM / respond here and I can get you more info as soon as I have it!

No ICE in California Charity Bundle

I am thrilled to share we raised $105,768.04 through the No ICE in California itchio charity bundle supporting Immigrant Defenders Law Center, an LA based social justice law firm that defends our immigrant communities against injustices in the immigration system and RAÍCES, a Texas based organization fighting to welcome and fight for families seeking safety and freedom in the U.S. RAÍCES is serving a lot of families who have been apprehended in Los Angeles and transferred to the family detention center in Dilley, Texas, run by the private prison contractor CoreCivic.

I’ll be hosting a Games against Genocide tiltify charity bundle this fall to support Medical Aid for Palestinians. Game collection will last October 6 - November 3 and the bundle will last November 10 - December 12. This bundle will feature games that cannot be found on itchio.

ACLU TTRPG Charity Streams

We also hosted two TTRPG charity streams to support ACLU that raised $485.69 for their mission of defending and preserving the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to everyone in the United States by the Constitution and the laws of the United States. For nearly 100 years, the ACLU has worked in courts, legislatures, and communities to protect civil liberties, including freedom of speech and assembly.

Our Drakonym stream featured baby dragons, lots of combat, and flirting!

Our SAGAS stream featured…chaos. So much chaos. Each round of combat we switched dimensions taking keywords from the audience like "beautiful, mermaid, psychic, informercial, cooking show," and, "hotdog, cool butts, sparkling, stake your claim, ASMR."

Wednesday, August 20 we are hosting a TTRPG charity stream of SAGAS, which is going to be a continuation of our dimension jumping SAGAS stream in April. (That game was dubbed the most chaotic SAGAS game ever streamed. This stream aims to top it.) Our charity streams supporting DOTS RPG Project raised $675 to support their mission of Improving Accessibility In Tabletop Roleplaying Games, One Adventure at a Time.

Our For the Game stream featuring the game’s creator had backstabbing, soul stealing, and barely veiled jokes about sex with the queen.

St. Jude Charity Streams

Our charity stream live from LFG Con supporting St. Jude raised $415 in just 90 minutes to support their mission treating the toughest childhood cancers and pediatric diseases.

This game had hijinks, calamity, and most importantly, tech goblins!
